Skylar Reporting API gives teams access to practice and assessment data

Skylar now has a working Reporting API for customers who want to connect Skylar data to the systems they already use.

That means technical teams can pull user, session, and assessment data from Skylar, and they can also send external call transcripts into Skylar so those real calls can be assessed and included in reporting.

What the API supports

  • List the users in your organisation that are visible to your Reporting API key.
  • Fetch completed session history for a user, including Skylar roleplays and ingested real calls.
  • Fetch assessment results, criteria breakdowns, strongest criteria, coach feedback, and session type.
  • Ingest an external real-call transcript and queue its first Skylar assessment.
  • Use pagination, date filters, scenario filters, and standard API error responses.

Why it matters

Skylar practice data becomes more useful when it can move into the places teams already review performance.

With Reporting API access, sales leaders, RevOps teams, enablement teams, and technical partners can connect Skylar activity to dashboards, customer reports, internal analytics, and client-facing proof of progress.

For coaching companies, this is especially important. It makes it easier to show what happened between live sessions: who practised, which scenarios they completed, how assessments changed over time, and where real-call coaching data is starting to appear.

How it works

Org admins and owners manage Reporting API keys from Skylar’s Reporting Access area.

From there, developers authenticate with a bearer token and can use the public Reporting API reference and integration guides to build against the API.

The current API includes:

Availability

Reporting API access is available for customer organisations that have Reporting Access enabled.

The API is documented publicly so technical teams can inspect the available endpoints, request parameters, response shapes, and example payloads before implementation.
