How is Skylar different from an LMS?

Skylar does what an LMS does, and more. You can run courses, resources and assignments, track progress, put learners into cohorts, and manage several organisations from one account. On top of that, your clients get AI role-plays and an AI coach built on your method, so they practise the skills instead of only reading about them.

Which SCORM versions does Skylar support?

All of them: SCORM 1.2 and every edition of SCORM 2004. You can upload SCORM packages into Skylar, and export Skylar content as SCORM to run in another LMS.

Can my clients use Skylar inside their own LMS?

Yes. Skylar supports LTI 1.1 and LTI 1.3, including LTI Advantage. Learners launch Skylar from any LTI-compliant LMS, such as Moodle or Canvas, and results flow back to its gradebook.

Can I bring the courses I already have?

Yes. Upload SCORM packages, videos, documents and other materials, then organise them into learning paths with AI role-plays between lessons.

Can I issue certificates?

Yes. Award certificates when learners complete a course or learning path, and back them with evidence from their role-play attempts.

Can I manage several client organisations and cohorts?

Yes. You can manage several client organisations from one account and group people into cohorts, then assign courses and role-plays and follow progress for each group.

Does Skylar support single sign-on?

Yes. Learners sign in with the accounts they already use, so there is no extra password to remember.

Can the platform carry my own brand?
