Sales Coaching By Skylar Team

Debrief brings your coaching into the moment after every conversation your reps have

The learning happens in the minutes after a call, while it's still fresh. Now your method is in the room for it — with every rep, on every conversation, not just the ones you see.

Debrief brings your coaching into the moment after every conversation your reps have

What changed

Skylar now runs a debrief the moment a conversation ends. An avatar appears on screen and walks the rep back through what just happened — what they were trying to do, where it went, what they’d change. The rep talks it out. It’s a conversation, not a form.

The avatar asks questions. It doesn’t give advice. When it’s done, Skylar writes up what the rep noticed and where they think they fell short, and you get the summary and analysis.

Debrief runs after a Skylar role play, and after a real recorded call.

Why it matters

You know the debrief is where it lands — the minutes right after a conversation, while the rep can still feel how it went. That’s when reflection actually changes behaviour, not the next workshop.

In a perfect world you’re there for that moment, every time: asking the questions that make a rep hear themselves, the way you’d ask them. You can’t be in the room that often. Debrief is how your method gets there anyway — it coaches in your approach, your questions, the way you draw a rep out.

And reps tell it things they won’t say with someone watching. A non-judgmental AI that knows the craft and won’t hand them the answer gets the honest version — not just where they struggled, but where they walked out feeling fine about something they shouldn’t have. You see it.

It doesn’t replace the session you charge for. It makes sure the reflection happens at the point it counts, so your session starts at the real problem instead of spending its first half getting there.

Who benefits

Sales coaches and training companies. Your method reaches every conversation, not just the ones you’re in the room for. And when you sit down for the next workshop or one-on-one, you walk in already knowing what to work on. Before the session starts, you have:

  • What the rep realised they did well
  • Where they know they came up short
  • The blind spots — where they walked out feeling fine about something they shouldn’t have

You can show a client what’s shifting and where, and reinforcement between sessions becomes something you deliver rather than something you hope for.

Sales teams. Every rep gets a debrief after every conversation, not only when a manager has a spare half hour.

Your avatar, your questions

Debrief always coaches in your method — your questions, your approach. On Skylar’s white-labelled version, it also wears your face: your own avatar, your voice, at no extra cost. Your client doesn’t see Skylar. They see you, showing up after every conversation.

Everyone else gets Debrief with a Skylar avatar — still coaching in your method, just not wearing your face.
