Alternating learning and practice
Learners alternate between consuming learning content and completing AI roleplay exercises. Each round of content introduces or develops skills that are then put into practice, creating an ongoing cycle of learning and application.
How it flows
1. Content
A short block of content introduces a skill or idea.
2. Practice
Learners put that skill straight into an AI role-play.
3. Content
The next block of content develops the skill further or adds a new one.
4. Practice
Another role-play applies it, and the cycle continues.
The cycle repeats
Good for
- Courses split into modules
- Methods where skills build on each other
In Skylar
