Short answer: Choose FullyRamped if you run one internal enterprise sales organisation and want AI roleplay alongside real-call analysis, named integrations, certifications, SSO and formal enterprise controls. Choose Skylar if you are an independent sales coach, trainer or training company delivering your own methodology to separate client businesses, and you need that methodology to run as practice your clients work through under your name.

Both put a rep in front of an AI buyer. The question underneath is who owns the programme — the company the reps work for, or the person who trained them.

What FullyRamped is built for

FullyRamped describes itself on its home page as AI roleplay for enterprise sales, and says it supports customised prospecting, discovery and demo simulations tailored to an ICP. That framing matters: this is not a cold-call drill in isolation but practice across several stages of a deal.

Its product page documents AI scoring and coaching using objective scorecards and coaching rubrics, plus a knowledge hub for content, personas and evaluation criteria. The scorecard is the spine of it. If your organisation already has an agreed definition of a good discovery call, the point of a rubric is that everyone gets marked against the same one.

The more distinctive part is where the scenarios come from. The same page says FullyRamped can import real calls from Gong, Salesloft and Clari, analyse buyer behaviour, objections and responses, and create a practice simulation from them. It publicly states that it integrates with those three named platforms. So the loop runs from a real conversation that happened to a rehearsal of the conversation that comes next.

Its stated use cases include onboarding, certifications, product launches, continuous learning and deal preparation. Read that list as a signal about the buyer: it is written for someone responsible for the readiness of one sales organisation over time, not for a single event.

Pricing and implementation

FullyRamped uses a request-a-quote flow, so there are no public figures to compare. Its pricing page does publish the shape of the offer: a free trial, a Business tier with a 10-seat minimum, and an Enterprise tier with bulk discounts.

Business is listed as including Gong, Salesloft and Clari integrations, SSO and priority support. Enterprise lists custom integrations, SAML and SCIM, a designated CSM, advanced security configurations and white-glove implementation.

The 10-seat minimum is the detail worth noting early. A published floor tells you who the product is sold to, and it is a useful filter if your engagements are smaller than that or if seats move between separate client organisations. Ask how seats are counted, what the term is and what triggers a price change, since none of that is published.

What FullyRamped publishes about security

FullyRamped’s security page states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification, encrypted storage, regular audits, strict data-protection policies, SSO enforcement and role-based access control. It also states that customer data is not used to train its AI models. The site links to a trust centre.

Those are FullyRamped’s own published claims, and we have not independently assessed certification scope or compliance. If you are going through procurement, ask for the current reports and read the scope, not just the badge. For a team that has to clear an information-security review before any tool touches call recordings, having this published at all is a practical advantage.

What we could not confirm

The public pages we reviewed do not describe a delivery model for independent sales coaches or training companies serving several outside client organisations under their own brand.

That is a statement about those pages, nothing more. It is not a claim that such a model is unavailable. If you run a training business and this is the requirement, ask FullyRamped directly and get the answer in writing before you assume either way.

What Skylar is built for

Skylar starts from a different seat. You are not the sales organisation. You train them. Your clients are separate businesses with their own buyers, their own products and their own objections — and each one pays you for your method.

Our sales trainers page sets out how that works. Skylar takes your methodology and turns it into AI roleplay customised per client: their buyer context, their products, their objections, and the assessment criteria you choose to grade against.

That last part is the whole point. Your method is the product you sell. If the practice teaches a generic framework, your client is learning someone else’s approach with your name on the invoice.

Roleplay is not the whole system either. A Skylar programme can include courses, resources, roleplays, assessments and reviews of real conversations in one place. The workshop stops being an event and becomes a programme that keeps running between your live sessions.

For established training firms there is white-label delivery. Scope and pricing are agreed at setup. Clients see your brand, because your brand is what they bought.

Who should choose FullyRamped

FullyRamped is the better fit if:

  • You are equipping one internal enterprise sales organisation rather than delivering to client businesses.
  • You want AI roleplay paired with analysis of real calls, not simulations built from scratch.
  • Gong, Salesloft or Clari is already in your stack and you want practice built from what those calls show.
  • Certifications, onboarding and product launches are recurring jobs you need a system for.
  • Objective scorecards and coaching rubrics are how your organisation wants performance judged.
  • SSO, SAML, SCIM or a documented security posture has to clear procurement before anything gets bought.
  • You have at least 10 seats and are comfortable going through a quote process.

Who should choose Skylar

Skylar is the better fit if:

  • You are an independent sales coach, trainer or training company, and your clients are other businesses.
  • Your methodology is what clients pay for, and the practice has to teach it.
  • You need roleplays customised per client, with their buyer context, products, objections and assessment criteria.
  • You want courses, resources, roleplays, assessments and real-conversation reviews in one system.
  • You want practice to keep running between your live sessions.
  • You are an established firm and want the platform to carry your own brand.

FullyRamped vs Skylar FAQs

What is FullyRamped?

FullyRamped describes itself as AI roleplay for enterprise sales. Its public pages say it supports customised prospecting, discovery and demo simulations tailored to an ICP, with AI scoring and coaching based on objective scorecards and coaching rubrics, and a knowledge hub for content, personas and evaluation criteria.

How does FullyRamped work?

Its product page describes building simulations around your ICP and evaluation criteria, and scoring practice against rubrics. It also says it can import real calls from Gong, Salesloft and Clari, analyse buyer behaviour, objections and responses, and create a practice simulation from that analysis.

What does FullyRamped integrate with?

It publicly states integrations with Gong, Salesloft and Clari. Those three are listed as part of the Business tier on its pricing page, and custom integrations are listed under Enterprise. Anything beyond those names is worth confirming directly.

Is FullyRamped only for cold calls?

No. Its stated use cases run wider than prospecting — onboarding, certifications, product launches, continuous learning and deal preparation — and its simulations cover discovery and demos as well as prospecting.

How much does FullyRamped cost?

It does not publish figures. The pricing page shows a free trial, a Business tier with a 10-seat minimum and an Enterprise tier with bulk discounts, all behind a request-a-quote flow. Ask about seat counting, contract term and renewal terms at the same time.

What does FullyRamped publish about security and data?

Its security page states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification, encrypted storage, regular audits, strict data-protection policies, SSO enforcement and role-based access control, and says customer data is not used to train its AI models. It links to a trust centre. Those are FullyRamped’s claims; verify scope through your own procurement process.

Is FullyRamped a good fit for a sales training company with several clients?

The public pages we reviewed do not describe delivery to several outside client organisations under a coach or training firm’s own brand. That reflects what those pages cover, not a judgement on what FullyRamped can do. If you run a training business, ask before assuming either way.

Can Skylar deliver my methodology across different clients?

Yes. That is the design. You build the practice around your method, then customise each client’s roleplays so their reps face buyer context, products and objections that match their market, graded against the criteria you set.

Can I put my own brand on Skylar?

Skylar offers white-label delivery for established training firms, with scope and pricing agreed at setup.

The short answer

FullyRamped is a credible choice for an enterprise sales organisation that wants roleplay tied to its real calls, scored against agreed rubrics, with certifications and enterprise controls published up front. Skylar is the choice when the method belongs to you and the learners belong to your clients.

If that second description fits, have a look at the Sales Coach Hub to see how other trainers run their programmes — then talk to us about what your version would look like.
