Short answer: if your company wants an in-house sales readiness platform that plugs into its CRM, call recorder and sales tools, Chambr is a strong fit. Its public entry pricing also makes it easy to start small. If you are a sales coach, trainer or training company delivering one method across separate client engagements, or you need white-label delivery, Skylar is built for that.

Both tools let reps talk to an AI buyer and get scored against a sales method. Chambr also speaks to training companies directly, so the overlap is real. The difference is in how the work is run once you have many clients.

What is Chambr?

Chambr is an AI sales roleplay platform. Reps hold live voice conversations with AI buyer personas.

You can build your own personas and scenarios. Each call is scored against your sales method. Reps then get an AI coaching debrief and a transcript.

Managers can assign practice, track progress and certify when reps are ready.

What Chambr offers training companies

Chambr has a page for training companies, and it deserves credit. It says you can build personas from your method, buyer profiles and objection libraries.

Client reps then practise between your sessions. Chambr says you can share scores, completion rates and progress trends with your clients. It also says your IP stays yours.

That covers a lot of what a trainer needs. If you run one programme for one client at a time, it may be enough.

Integrations, security and languages

Chambr lists a wide set of integrations:

  • CRM: Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Calls and meetings: Gong, Chorus, Fathom, Attention, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet
  • Sales engagement: Salesloft and Outreach
  • Messaging: Slack and Teams
  • Enablement: Highspot and Seismic

Chambr says it is SOC 2 Type II certified. It lists SAML SSO, SCIM and more than 40 languages for Enterprise. Its pricing page adds audit logs and custom retention at Enterprise, and says Team and Enterprise practice data stays with the customer.

These are Chambr’s own statements. If you have strict security needs, check them with Chambr before you buy.

How much does Chambr cost?

On 16 October 2026, Chambr’s pricing page listed:

  • Free: 5 roleplays a month
  • Individual: $20 a month billed yearly, or $24 billed monthly
  • Team: $300 a month billed yearly, or $360 billed monthly, for one manager and three reps
  • Enterprise: quote-based, for teams of five and up

That is clear, low-friction pricing. You can try it alone, then add a small team. Prices change, so check the live page before you budget.

Skylar is built for trainers with many clients

Skylar is made for sales coaches, trainers and training companies. You teach one method. You deliver it to many separate clients.

Each engagement gets practice built on that same method. Reps are judged on what you taught them, whichever client they work for. You do not rebuild your approach every time you sign a new client.

Established training firms can also white-label Skylar, so clients see practice under the firm’s own brand.

The real difference: one team or many clients

Chambr’s product is shaped around a company readying its own reps. Its training company page shows it also wants to serve trainers.

What we could not find is how that works at scale. The public pages we reviewed do not describe white-label delivery, a trainer partner programme, separate client workspaces, reseller billing or admin across clients. That does not mean Chambr cannot do these things. It means the public pages do not say. If you are a training company, ask Chambr directly.

Skylar starts from the trainer’s side. Running one method across many client engagements is the core job, not an add-on.

Choose Chambr if

  • You run an in-house sales team and want a sales readiness platform for your own reps.
  • You want practice linked to the tools your team already uses, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Slack or Highspot.
  • You want manager assignments, progress tracking and readiness certification in one place.
  • You want clear public pricing, with a free plan, an individual plan and a small team plan.
  • You need the enterprise controls Chambr lists, such as SSO, SCIM and audit logs, or support for many languages.

Choose Skylar if

  • You are a sales coach, trainer or training company delivering your own method to client teams.
  • You need one methodology across separate client engagements, assessed the same way each time.
  • You want to deliver practice under your own brand through white-label delivery.
