Learners complete AI roleplays or assessments before attending a live training event. These activities help identify skill gaps, establish baseline capabilities or prepare participants for the topics and activities covered during the event.

## How it flows

1.  ### 1\. Digital training
    
    Before the event, learners complete AI role-plays or assessments to set a baseline and prepare for the topics covered.
    
2.  ### 2\. Live event
    
    The facilitator runs the session already knowing where the group stands and where the gaps are.
