# Practice-first learning

Learners begin with an AI roleplay exercise, then engage with learning content to build their understanding before returning to another practical exercise to reinforce and apply what they've learned.

## How it flows

1.  ### 1\. Practice
    
    Learners try the conversation first, before any teaching, and see where they stand.
    
2.  ### 2\. Content
    
    They work through the learning content to build their understanding of what good looks like.
    
3.  ### 3\. Practice
    
    They return to a second role-play to reinforce and apply what they have just learned.
