# Post-event reinforcement and ongoing development

Learners complete AI roleplays after a live training event to reinforce learning and practise applying new skills. These exercises can also take place between events in a longer training programme, maintaining engagement and supporting continuous development.

## How it flows

1.  ### 1\. Live event
    
    Learners attend the live training event.
    
2.  ### 2\. Digital training
    
    Afterwards, they complete AI role-plays to reinforce learning and practise applying the new skills.
    
3.  ### 3\. Follow-up event
    
    A follow-up event builds on that practice and keeps the programme moving.
