# In-event practice

AI roleplay exercises are integrated into a live training programme, typically between facilitated sessions. Participants apply what they've just learned, practise specific behaviours and return to the next session with practical experience.

## How it flows

1. ### 1\. Live session

The facilitator teaches a skill in a live session.

2. ### 2\. Digital practice

Participants apply what they have just learned and practise specific behaviours in AI role-plays.

3. ### 3\. Live session

They return to the next session with practical experience to build on.

## Good for

- Multi-day workshops and bootcamps
- Large groups where paired role-play is hard to run

## In Skylar

1. 1 Assign role-plays between sessions, by voice or video.
2. 2 Use the results to plan the next session.
