We're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us build the future of sales training.

GTM Engineer

We're looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to help us scale our AI sales coach platform and drive customer adoption.

#### Responsibilities:

-   Develop and implement growth strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
-   Build and optimize customer onboarding and activation flows
-   Create tools and dashboards to track and improve user engagement
-   Design experiments to validate growth hypotheses
-   Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement

#### Requirements:

-   3+ years of experience in product, growth, or technical marketing roles
-   Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
-   Technical background with ability to implement tracking, automation, and integration solutions
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-   Experience with SaaS products and B2B sales tools is a plus

AI Engineer

We're looking for an AI Engineer to help us advance our conversational AI capabilities and create more realistic sales roleplaying experiences.

#### Responsibilities:

-   Develop and fine-tune large language models for conversational AI applications
-   Create and implement AI systems to generate realistic sales scenarios and roleplays
-   Design evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI performance
-   Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities
-   Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and NLP research

#### Requirements:

-   MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
-   3+ years of experience building production AI systems
-   Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and large language models
-   Experience with popular ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
-   Strong programming skills in Python
-   Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning techniques
